Asking for help from my 40+ TTC community
I am 42. I have 4 older children.
About a little over a year ago, hubby and I decided we wanted to kinda "not try but not be safe"
Of course, I am now obsessed.
**I am asking for any supplements, dietary restrictions or additions, etc that have assisted in your journey to getting pregnant from my 40+ community ttc.
We dont want to start with medical intervention.
