Need opinion

Husband and I just started TTC we had sex on October 28th. They finished inside me…Fertility was low that day. I woke up this morning to what might be auxiliary duct hurting and my left boob is super tender. Is it too early to take a pregnancy test? As my next menstrual isn’t until 20th.

I have light cramping since last Saturday.

I am new to all this and would love advice.
