Must Haves for Baby #2

Hey Ladies! I'm currently 12 weeks along with baby number 2! Can't wait for DS to get a sibling!

I'm trying to figure out what I actually need for a second baby? My son will be 3 when new baby arrives. He's in a big boy bed, so the crib is available. He's potty trained so the changing table is available. He hates being strapped in a stroller so that's covered too. I'm hoping we can phase out using his baby monitor as well and move it to nursery. I'm planning to nurse, but I've got glass bottles just in case. I don't know, it feels like most things are already covered.

So other than diapers and clothes, what do I really need for another baby? Am I missing something obvious? Or do I really just need far less for a second baby?
