Took a Plan B and I’m bleeding way too early

So I recently took a Plan B pill 6 days ago the same day I had sex. And just before that like 2 days before my period ended, so I’m not due for another period till like November 20th. However I woke up to some blood today like a good amount and it’s fresh. I know the Plan B pill can make periods come early and can force some stuff out. It’s my first time having to deal with this. Can anyone tell me if it’s just an early period, or if it’s just a one day thing from the plan B, or if I should be worried.
