Late ovulation or sign of pregnancy?

I thought CD 18 was my peak and now I think it’s today . 
My period is suppose to start it 2-3 days, but now idk anymore. The reason I took an ovulation test today was bcus I woke up with so much clear discharge and the test stole the dye immediately. It’s extremely dark , and this is my first time tracking ovulation  . I took a pregnancy test as well even thought it’s still a little early and it was negative .
Is this a sign of pregnancy or just late ovulation?

Looks like maybe your body tried to ovulate before, but wasn’t able to. So now it’s trying to again

LH fluctuates throughout your cycle, with most women getting a surge prior to period.
