What does this look like she’s never had this problem with her pull-ups.

She’s been using these pull-ups for a while and never had this problem. I noticed this a few days ago but this morning when I woke she had blood on her diaper from this on her butt. She’s potty trained and only used them at night.

It’s rubber her raw. Try sizing up or switching brands.

Chemical burn with rubbing, causing major irritation. Drop the pull ups. Get some mattress protection sheets and go without the pull up overnight. It’ll be a rough couple weeks of nighttime changes, but she will absolutely progress to not having accidents and it’s a hell of a lot better than bleeding from your pull up.
