Please help me understand the results to my ultrasound

5w4d this is the report the tech seemed concerned when doing the ultrasound so I've been nervous since I've called my doctors numerous times and received no call back and I'm only continuing to stress ...also where it says comparison to 04/12/2021 that ended in a miscarriage
