Need advice

Just had a surrogate baby 7 weeks ago. I’ve been having crazy dreams so I took a pregnancy test. I’m 37 and did not want any more of my own children. I am feeling a lot of emotions but I’m not wanting another child. Is it possible that I’m pregnant this soon after the birth? My husband and I have tried to be careful.
