4 month sleep regression

For those who had “bad” sleepers at night…how was the 4 month sleep regression different?? My son is almost 11 weeks and I’ve had three 4 hour stretches of sleep since he’s been born. Usually at night he’s up every 2-3 hours. Last night he was up every 1-2 hours🙃 All I’m thinking is dear god the 4 month sleep regression can’t be worse than this can it? I get if babies were having longer 5, 6, 7, 8, etc hour stretches but what about those who weren’t? Also did their sleep then get better after it was over? Thanks!
