Letrozole and Chemical Pregnancy or Miscarriage?

Question

Im curious how many people had a chemical pregnancy or miscarriage after they had their first successful round of Letrozole and got pregnant. I got pregnant on my second round of Letrozole but it ended up being a chemical pregnancy and lost it at 5weeks. I have been reading that a lot of women have had miscarriages and/or chemical pregnancies after their first successful round of Letrozole.

I have recurring miscarriages, but out of 25 medicated cycles never got pregnant on any of those.

I had clomid and on my 1st successful round I had a miscarriage 6 weeks 3 days.(round 6) I didn’t ovulate for the first 5 cycles!
I got pregnant on my final round of clomid thankfully that was a healthy pregnancy and now have a healthy 15 month old and in the new year I’ll be hopefully trying for baby 2 with clomid.

This makes me nervous. I’m due to start taking Letrozole on my next cycle…. I’ve been getting positive LH surges but my progesterone suggests that I haven’t actually ovulated… I also need to get an HSG X-ray. I’m nervous.
