Question about reduced breast size from breastfeeding

I’ve breastfed 2 different kids (2 years apart) for 6 months each and my breast size reduced from size B to triple A at this point. It looks very deflated and flat. Pretty gross looking.

Does anyone have experience NOT breastfeeding the third one and if your breast became a bit fuller from pregnancy hormones/ fat?

i feel so unconfident after seeing the change in my breast. I have to cover my chest at all times. I don’t want to get breast implants, but want to see if there’s a way to recover my breast fat somehow.

Please don’t judge… and comment if you have experience in this. Thank you for your help in advance!
