I know snooping through my bf phone is wrong but I saw these messages he sent his friend, would you guys be upset by this? My bf started a new job. Also I am feeling insecure because he has commented on my weight gain and I've been stress eating, its just been difficult.

Definitely talk to him about it. I’m not sure what excuse he could give you that would make talking about other women like this okay though. 
He’s very clearly lusting after other women.

I don’t get why people in relationships talk like this behind their partner’s back. It’s so hurtful and disrespectful. 
I would have the talk and address this ASAP. Don’t be hard on yourself. Weight gain or not, there is absolutely no excuse to be disrespectful to your woman.
