14 days late BFN test 😔

Ladies I have trying for about 4 yrs I’m 37 yrs old my period isn’t regular but it has never been this late the most 3 days and then AF shows but this time it hasn’t and all my test are negative, I have a doctor appointment for next week and I’m very anxious. I have been having some symptoms: nausea, light headache, stuffy nose, light cramps some times and boobs are a little sore. Please let me know if any of you ladies have go through this and ended up being pregnant🙏🏻
