Likelihood of being pregnant alittle tmi

I had my daughter 1 year ago. Period came back around 10 months pp. we’ve had sex in between. Now I was vomiting an had diarrhea Friday, went in to er they did not run a test because I had just finished my period. It seemed normal. Got some zofran for the nausea and was sent home. Now I’ve been nauseous an sick to my stomach since. My stomach is queasy all the time no matter what I eat. Nothing sounds good to eat but I know I need to. I’ve heard it’s possible for women to have what acts like a period an be pregnant. What is the likelihood that I could be pregnant now. I’m scared an nervous because baby girl is just 1 but I know it’s possible to get pregnant while nursing as well, especially once baby starts eating table foods. I want to give it a few days an make sure I’m not just dealing with a stomach bug from my older kids but want some advice an support. Please be nice..
