Any insight is appreciated. 7 weeks pregnant measuring 5 weeks

Hi all, I posted last night, but didn’t get much feedback. Hoping today is different.

Per my LMP I should be 7 weeks pregnant, however, I went in to an abdominal appointment yesterday and the gestational sac is measuring 5 weeks 4 days. No visible yolk or fetal pole. The tech said it looks like she could see something close to the edge, but I think she was trying to calm me. Below is the pictures she provided.

The first day of LMP was 10/04, with Oura Ring bbt confirming ovulation cycle day 18 (Oct 21) and first positive cycle day 32 (Nov 4). Could ovulating on cycle day 18 affect GA? I have my first appointment with my doctor next Friday where I will receive a transvaginal ultrasound. I have had basically zero symptoms aside from the initial cramping. Only thing I’ve experienced is bloating after meals. Has anyone experienced this and had a positive outcome? This is our rainbow baby thanks to letrozole. Would also like to share I have PCOS.
