Possible period?

I am 7 months pp on the 27th. When I went to the bathroom today and wiped there was bright deep red blood with like a dime size clot. Since then I haven’t bled. It was only when I wiped and only that one time. Would that be my period or maybe something else? I’m just at a loss at what it could be.

I am breastfeeding and only had two periods since, one full blown one at 6 weeks and one that I slotted for two days at maybe 13 weeks?

Anyone have any insight, advice?
