sex hurts

hello everyone! tmi but i guess thats the point of this group.

my bf and i have been dating for about 6 months and we have been having sex consistently. every time that he is inside of me, it feels like im tearing something. it’s actually gotten really painful and im sore between my vagina and asshole. it is actually kind of the worst!!

any tips? is this normal? ive had pain with past partners but nothing like this. help!
