To my preeclampsia girls…

I had preeclampsia with my first pregnancy. This is my second time around, I’m currently 18 weeks. I wanted to check with you ladies who also have experienced this. What were you first tell tales symptoms of preeclampsia?

I can’t tell if what I’m feeling is normal or not. My bloods and urine tests so far are normal although I know it can develop at any stage, most likely 20/24 weeks plus.
