My baby had open heart surgery at 2 months old. she is now 1. cardiologist said she’s looking very fine and her heart looks good. she was going every 3 months then every 6 now it’s every year so she has not been in a while. i’m worried because whenever she gets sick her hands and feet turn a bluish purple color. and I do know that means no oxygen or less oxygen. I took her to a hospital a while ago for the same reason and they told me she was fine and that it happens sometimes. they called her cardiologist and he said she was fine as well but this bothers me so much that it’s happening so often. I had to push nurses about her heart they kept saying she was fine and I took her to another pediatrician and he caught her heart murmur and had her seen by a cardiologist in the same hour! so i’m not quite trusting with nurses..
