Chances of miscarriage at 10 weeks ?

Hey everyone sorry just an anxious mama I who has experienced loss before . What’s the chances of miscarrying at 10 weeks I did have spotting a while ago which stopped the doctors did blood tests came back at 110,000 hcg at 7 weeks . My boobs aren’t as sore and my nauseas going away slightly but I still have food aversions and my boobs are heavy and I’m very tired . Just need some reassurance 😢 also wanted to add I had a scan 2 weeks ago baby’s was very small but had a heartbeat of 153
