would you call tow truck?

I moved into apartments with assigned parking. my last apartments didn’t have it an my neighbors were super inconsiderate making me park a building down from my apartment with three little kids. that’s one reason I moved out. found these apartments and was so glad!! now since i’ve been here i haven’t had any issues with people parking in my spot it’s always left open when I get back home. this lady moved in next door and has her company parking ANYWHERE. there’s numbers on the spots and no numbers where open parking is available. I get home this morning and someone is in my spot and i’m guessing it’s my neighbors guest. there was an open spot right next to me so I just parked there but don’t want to call a tow company as my apartments have been having complaints with ppl doing this to them so they sent out a letter stating we can call a tow if someone does this but I really don’t want to be an ass for calling a tow.. although there was an open spot next to me it still bothers me that my spot is taken and she could’ve parked there!! would you call a tow or wait it out? i’m not waiting for her to come out to say move her car
