Nipples hurting/37wks

Its a little gross. Anyone know why your nipples may hurt this far along? This is my 4th pregnancy and i do not recall this happening before. Also having enough fluid to come out and crust over. Not sure if its collostrum/breast milk... i assume so. Nothing else hurts. I see my ob Thursdayand can ask then.
