I had unprotected sec on Friday night 11/29/24. I wont be able to get the morning after pill until Tuesday 12/3/24. Im 42yrs. How high are my chances of getting pregnant? I dont want to be right now by this person. Thank you.

“The sooner you take it, the better it works. The pill is most effective if taken within 24 hours, but can still be effective up to 72 hours after sex. The pill is 95% effective if taken within 24 hours, 85% effective within 25–48 hours, and 58% effective within 49–72 hours. “
It is not likely to have any effect on whether or not you end up pregnant if you take it after those 72 hours.
