Letrozole for pcos?

Question

Has anyone had any luck with letrozole to conceive with pcos? 
Also will be doing another trigger shot this month. My doctor told me letrozole seems to be more effective than clomid for pcos. Hoping for the best!

I took Letrozole for the first time in August 2021. Got pregnant with my first daughter, she was born in May 2022. Then started Letrozole again May 2023, got pregnant with our second daughter. She was born in February 2024. We’re now trying for baby #3, and I’m on month 2 of letrozole. But I know I did ovulate last month, just didn’t get pregnant. But I’m praying this is our month!! 🙏🏻✨🤍🤍
