Just left the ER

Went to the emergency room because I had bleeding and cramping on my left side after gunshots went off outside my balcony window. From the first day of my last period I should be 6w2d but baby is measuring 5w5d with gestational and yolk sac present but no fetal pole.

I did have bleeding with my first pregnancy around this time and my son is now 3 years old and healthy but I don’t remember having cramping or not and nothing crazy like this happened at that time either.. Has this happened to anyone and everything turned out okay? 🥺🥺🥺
