Implantation Bleeding - 1st & 2nd Pregnancy

Hi!

So I had made a post the other day about visiting the ER due to some bleeding that I was having at what I thought was 6 weeks 1 day (second pregnancy), after shots were fired directly outside my balcony door.

They drew blood and did an ultrasound and found baby measuring at 5 weeks 5 days, both gestational sac and yolk sac present, but no fetal pole visible as it could’ve just been too soon and with an HCG level of 20,628.

I went back and compared all of this to my first pregnancy with my son who is now a completely healthy 3 year old. My first pregnancy I had bleeding at 5 weeks 4 days with an HCG level of 16,205. I went for my first ultrasound at 6 weeks 1 day and gestational sac and yolk sac were present, as well as fetal pole.

I have my first ultrasound tomorrow which with the new dates, baby should be measuring at 6 weeks 1 day.

Going back and comparing this to my first pregnancy is what’s giving me hope. Has anyone gone through anything so similar with each pregnancy? I have never miscarried before and went to the ER because I was so nervous just because of the trauma I had gone through the other night which the hospital said could’ve been a complete coincidence and could be implantation bleeding.
