Cramps?!
Help your girl out!
I have been taking supplements just starting this month, and I am very nervous and it feels mentally exhausting when the days add up to my luteal phase.
8 DPO : experienced a one side mild cramping pain (which gave me some hope) , slightly creamy CM
(Very mild nausea, almost didn’t feel like nausea)
9 DPO : higher basal temperature, wet CM, very mild period cramps like pain
(The nausea was definitely there but I couldn’t throw up, I doubt it’s because I overate)
10 DPO : I definitely feel some intensity in the pain, wet CM , and I feel more and more like it’s going to end up in periods! No feeling of nausea today
( no implantation bleeding as of now, planning to take a test on 12DPO)
I don’t rely much on CM as I don’t particularly experience ewcm or any such thing..
Question is, how do I differentiate an implantation cramp from my regular period cramps? It doesn’t last for a long time though, the cramps are short but frequent (maybe 4-5 times a day?!)
I feel like I’m overanalysing and it’s causing me to be too aware of my cramps and pain.
