Devastated!

So my husband and I have been TTC after my miscarriage last year in July and no luck since then, last month in November we TTC more often during my fertile window hoping I’ll get pregnant but I already feel my back cramps so I’m sure I’m not pregnant and I haven’t done a test because I know it’s gonna be negative so why even take it, it’s like I lost hope already which breaks my heart and idk what to do next cycle to get pregnant.. I track my cycles with ovulation sticks I even bought the Mira to track my hormones and still no luck. I’ll post my cycle to better understand, any advise?? Has this happened to any other ladies??
