Difference between a migraine and a stroke?

I had a pretty scary ocular migraine right now. I got blind on my left eye after that went away I got so weak my whole body felt weak and numb, my face was numb as well i couldn’t even speak good and I couldn’t swallow either 😣 it was pretty scary I told my teenage daughter to stay with me because i didn’t know if what I was feeling was a stroke. All this happened for like an hour and I’m starting to feel better now but this feeling was pretty scary
