Ibuprofen causing miscarriage?

I took ibuprofen today and I’m 1 dpo. I googled if it was harmful and it said it can contribute to miscarriages if it’s taken regularly for a week and or especially around ovulation. I know this might sound dumb but I’m really nervous. I have a weird feeling this is my month and I just don’t want to ruin it. I just didn’t know that was even a thing until after the fact. I was so scared, I made myself throw up to try to get it out🤦🏻‍♀️🙄😂
