Anyone experienced anything similar??

So a little backstory I started having consistent pain in my lower left quadrant of my stomach like July 23’ and I got put on (I think Kyleena) IUD in nov 23’ and they said that would fix my issues bc it’s just cramping, here I am just over a year later but my pain has became unbearable most days, and switched to the lower right along with shooting down in my hip and through my leg. I’ve been to multiple ERs and they diagnosed me with a kidney cyst and free fluid in my abdomen but they didn’t prescribe me anything or do anything but discharge me.. help?
