Bc Pill + cramps?

hi! so i took my first ever pill of Lo Loestrin Fe, and so far so good. I took it about three hours ago, but I am noticing I’m having some dull cramping as it I’m about to start my period which I’m not due for my period until Christmas and I literally just got off my period a couple days ago… Has anyone else had slight cramping when they took their first pill? i’ve only been on the mirena so i’m very new to birth control pills. Is it too soon to get any side effects from the pill or do you think it’s just my body getting used to it? I wasn’t thinking it’s from the pill since it’s such a low-dose of hormones.
