When should I do a test? Trying for baby no.2

Update: I finally got my positive on Sunday and confirmed it with a pink dye this morning! Fingers crossed it sticks as I have had miscarriages in the past.🤞🏼

I did the 4 hour hold with a pink dye test and it looks negative, I have had blood work done with the doctor. Still not bleeding and it’s the 12th December😩

Hey girlies, I did a test on the 6th and it showed a possible indent line, my period was supposed to start yesterday (9th December) but never showed and the same today. My boobs are very sore, been feeling sick and I have been needing the toilet a lot. When do you think I should I do another test? Also, which test would you recommend? I’m in the UK. I don’t want to test too early and get another negative.

I have attached a photo of my cycle, any suggestions would be much appreciated. Posting anon due to family and friends in the groups.
