Hook effect?? Please advice/stories! TWINS??

Anyone else experience the hook effect? My period is about a week late.

First picture is first morning pee for two different mornings (yesterday and today)

and then the second picture is no hold pee for 3 different days/ Monday evening, Tuesday evening, and this morning 2 hours after my morning test! (2-3 hour hold with drinking fluids)

I’ve never had this and this is my 4th baby, 5th pregnancy.

Twins maybe?? I’ve had multiple dreams of twins.

What’s crazy is both bottom tests for each picture is same day only 2 hours apart!!
