How can i build a home and work full time? To build financial freedom

You have to find the right line of business and you have to hustle, network and grow. 
For me, I started working in call center sales for a cell phone company when I was 21 in 2008. I love sales because commission and extra money drives me. I stayed in the call center world and transitioned to working for a financial institution in 2009. I’ve been with the same company since then, actually tomorrow is my 15th anniversary, I’ve worked in 3 lines of business during that time and I’ve held 9 different titles during that time. I put myself in situations where I got to know leaders, I was in the round tables, I identified and solved problems, I listed to my peers and raised concerns appropriately, I did my base job really well and always put my hand up to volunteer. I definitely made sacrifices, worked holidays, worked OT, had shitty managers for too long, definitely did the job of 3 and worked above my wage.
Now at 37, while the money is important, the work/life balance I’ve established is in my opinion the goal. I’m in a position that is extremely flexible, meaning I can leave mid day for appointments, I can move my schedule to accommodate pretty much everything. I have a 7 year old, a 4 year old, and I’m 26 weeks pregnant with twins. I don’t miss an appointment for any of them. I’ve never missed a baseball game, a school event, a swim practice, a soccer practice, a gymnastics practice, a concert, a parent teachers conference or any volunteer event. I’m on the board for baseball, I’m a soccer coach for both kids, I’m on the booster club for baseball, I’m on the PTA and I’m on the parental advisory committee for both the elementary school and for the school district. I also work from home, so between meetings and projects at work, I keep up with the house. I’m actually on a tech meeting right now as I write this watching the development of a project I’m working on. I do grocery and Christmas shopping while on meetings, I sometimes food prep if I’m just watching/listening and not presenting. 10 years ago I was in hustle mode to get to the point where I am. Now I’m in raising my family mode and when my kids no longer want to be around me, I’ll dive back into the deep end of my career. I am not the same worker I used to be because it’s not my priority and my personal goals have shifted. I’m not a bad worker, but I’m not winning any awards at work and that’s okay with me. I have a dusty shelf filled, now my concern is dusting off my kids accomplishments, not my own. 
Full disclosure on the financials (side note I do have a husband but he makes about 1/2 of what I do right now, and these are my numbers without him) Looking at my social security balances, my first full year here I made $24,576. In 2023 I made  $102,533. I have about $220k in my 401k. I will fully own my home by September 2030. So the money definitely doesn’t hurt.

Just like the comment above, find a field and hustle. I started when I was around 22 started making abt $10,000 a year in retail, one year later I was promoted making $47k, each year I went above and beyond at my job, I worked long hours, holidays, weekends, and each year my salary kept jumping by 27 I was making 60k a year plus monthly bonus. Now I’m 35 with a 3 yr old, a 1 year old, and pregnant with our third child. And my yearly salary is now $107k, not including my husbands salary, and this is all without any schooling past high school. I do what I want when I want, I can take time off, I’m the boss of my own schedule, I don’t work any holidays, and with each birth of my children I took off abt 4-5 months paid. We’re homeowners of a large 6 bedroom home and 2 cars, mine is paid off. I’m also not rich but we’re comfy.

What worked for me: and I’m still working on it. I got. Degree in biology and started working in an environmental lab. Made crap money but got my 2-3 years of experience most other places required. Applied to a local chemical plant 5 times and got hired the 6th. Started at 65k and have hustled and worked my way up to nearly 95k. Basically I have had to stick with a company and put a ton of effort into proving I am worth keeping and came up with a development plan for me. I have a 3 year old daughter in a great daycare and will give birth to our second in 8 weeks. So I understand this!
