Stopped Birthcontrol

I took the bc pill for close to 10 years I switched brands sometime but can’t remember exactly when. The bc pill I stopped was Estarylla. Worked great for period always came same time every month lasted 4-6 days no problem. I stopped taking it the mid/end of October. Had a period from the 18th-23rd of October. Since then I haven’t had a period. My husband and I don’t use protection during sex, but he has not cum in me once since I stopped due to waiting until the bc is out of my system. I have taken MULTIPLE pregnancy test all have been negative. A few weeks ago I noticed something coming from my nipple, upon investigating realized it was milk not like shooting stream just a dot. Still today I can get drops of milk from both breasts? I don’t understand what is happening to me? Any suggestions? Also I have made an appointment with my obgyn just wanted some other thoughts!
