2 under 2? BFP Today and I have an 11month old!!

Omgggggg I can’t even process that I’m pregnant again!!! I didnt track ovulation because im on thyroid medication and i didnt wanna put too much pressure on myself starting to ttc again for baby #2. Any advice for being pregnant while having a little tiny almost 1 year old who still breastfeeds btw😭 im planning to wean him off soon but im just in shock!! It took me 1 year for baby#1 so i didnt think this would happen so soon especially after being diagnosed with hypothyroidism during postpartum 😭❤️
