Pregnancy symptoms ??

So If I only bled for 2 and a half days the third day it was very light and bright red the whole time I bled and then was brownish red a few times and I have been having a lot of backpain and heart burn very bad and been very sleepy and moody lately and threw up multiple times outta nowhere !!Do I need to take another test the other test I took they was negative or should I wait a lil longer to see if I’m goin to start my period next month ?
