Hurting 😢
So I went to the ER last night due to having cramps and then I found out I was pregnant with twins. Twin A is 6 weeks and 1 day today healthy and strong heart beat but Twin B has died 😢 they called it vanishing twin syndrome. There is a sack there but no baby and it’s a little smaller then Twin A sack I’m hurt and sad don’t know what I did wrong… has anyone else ever experienced this
