Blood pressure.. should I be concerned?

Are these numbers high enough to be concerned? 36 weeks tomorrow. I’ve also noticed my fingers and feet are a little swollen and my calves feel tight/swollen. 
125/91 pulse 91
128/87 pulse 92
131/71 pulse 75 
121/85 pulse 94

With my first my BP was 161/110 and that’s what sent me in for early delivery at 36+3. I had severe preeclampsia. The swelling was more than mild- it was quite severe as well. But everyone’s baseline is different! I would speak with your doctor if you think it’s abnormally high

1st number should never be over 160 and the 2nd never over 90. If one or the other is high please go to L & D to make sure you don’t have pre-eclampsia

That depends on what your “normal” BP is. Also, if there is protein in your urine. I have had preeclampsia 3 times and if this isn’t elevated for you then these numbers are fine.

Those numbers look good! I have gestational hypertension and am told to take my meds and go to the hospital when my BP is over 180/110

The blood pressures are totally fine. Pulse in the 90’s is probably a little high, but our bodies work harder while pregnant, especially 3rd trimester.
My resting pulse is usually 50-70bpm but it’s now around 75-95bpm. That’s happened with each of my pregnancies and it’s always gone back to normal once the baby is out and I lose that extra blood volume/fluid

These look like my blood pressure and pulse and they said it’s good… mind you I had pre-eclampsia my 2nd pregnancy… I’m currently 36 with my 3rd and I’m fine with the same results you have
