Wedding makeup
Hi ladies,
I’m getting married in a few months and not sure what to do about my makeup. I’m not very good at makeup, but I’ll most likely have to do my own for my wedding. Our wedding is in another country where the makeup style is a lot heavier than what I want, and I want to know how to do it myself if I’m unable to communicate how I want it done in a trial there.
I want a more soft glam look I think. I don’t like the feeling or look of really heavy makeup on me, but I want to definitely be able to tell I have makeup on. I think usually when I do my own makeup, it looks good in the mirror but doesn’t show up in pictures. What face makeup products should I use to get a nice bridal look that lasts a long time without having to constantly do touch ups?
I’m considering booking a bridal makeup trial with someone in my area and asking them to give me a list of the products and maybe a video of how to apply it? But I’m not sure how that works or if it would be wrong to ask for that since I won’t be able to hire them for the actual wedding day.
I’m pretty much clueless in the makeup world so really need help figuring out what to do. I’m worried about not looking and feeling confident on the wedding day if my makeup sucks.
