4wks6days Blood clots

First pregnancy. PCOS. Passed two blood clots. One dime sized. The other about 3 quarters put together. Mild cramping. Very light bleeding only when I wipe. Concerned for a miscarriage. Have not called the Dr due to no pain, no extreme bleeding in to pads. I feel perfectly fine.
