Help and advice needed please

I’ve been doctors over my last three cycles as they haven’t been my normal cycle as you can see my last three cycles are all over the place drs wont do blood tests for menopause apparently being 32 i wont go through it yet ! My cycles are normally clock work every 24 days for 7 days been same since I was 11years of age now all of a sudden a huge change any help and advice would be greatly appreciated
