I’m very confused 😩

After 3 positive pregnancy tests 12/14, 12/16 and 12/18. I began spotting 12/19 very light. I had An appointment on 12/20 for an ultrasound to date since my LMP was 10/26 (irregular periods and was first period since coming of nexplanon in June) the technician did not see anything on the ultrasound and said I could just be early. They drew blood and my quant level was 71 on 12/20. The next day 12/21 I began having what felt like very strong menstrual cramps almost like contractions and dark red blood and passed small clots and one large (TMI maybe 3-4 inch sized clot) the pain went away in about a hour and the bleeding eased up some but I am still currently bleeding and also no longer am experiencing the symptoms I had (sore breasts, nausea). They had me come in today to repeat my labs and my quant is at 70 today 12/24. So in 4 days it dropped one number? What does this mean? I’ve had one miscarriage and one successful pregnancy and my numbers with the miscarriage decreased by half or close to it in 48 hours….its the holiday so I won’t hear anything back until 12/26. If anyone else has experienced something like this please share I don’t know what’s going on!
