She has unknown medical condition

This kitty name is snowball she is about six years old. Younger in the picture. She has had a single kitten twice once when she was young, she was stolen from us and came back pregnant. And the second time she got away from us and got pregnant before we were able to get her spayed. Both times she was pregnant she had bleeding during her pregnancy. She continues to bleed, even after being spayed. Her urine has been tested for bladder infections and she has none, although there is blood in her urine. Her scan for bladder stones came back, clear. Her blood was sent to New York for testing twice to see if there was a remnant of ovaries in her, and it came back inconclusive once and negative once. She was then sent for an ultrasound and they said they could see something on ultrasound, but they don’t know what it is. The next thing they say to do is take her to the university vet hospital. Which the first appointment would be $1000 and I have no guarantee they would be able to help her. What would you all do if she was your cat? She seems to be fairly happy. Otherwise should I just leave this problem or would you try to get to the bottom of it ? She is an exceptional cat. She doesn’t know a stranger and loves everybody, and you can take her on her harness and leash into stores or nursing homes and she walks on her harness like a dog .
