Implantation bleeding?TMI

TMI but I’m about 11 days late and just started having some spotting with cramping today. But I’m not sure if it’s considered a large amount of spotting? This is our first time trying since having a miscarriage in October.Every test I have taken has said negative so far. With our last pregnancy I found out a week before my missed period so Im a little confused about my body and just trying not to get my hopes up.
