SIL keeps reaching out to ask where my brother is

My brother and I started talking again after not talking for almost 2 years. I stopped talking to him for the same reason most of the family did. His wife. She is an overall cruel person which is funny because she claims to be such a "Godly"woman. She has always been cruel. She is close friends with a pedophile because he gave his life to Christ and has went on to harass his victim. She has treated the whole family badly. She cut me out of my brother and my nephews life because I wasn't living for Christ.

They both recently lost my nephew. He was 16 and my brother walked in on him hanging from the ceiling fan. There was no funeral. His wife just had him cremated. My brother left his wife wand told me everything. My nephew was gay and they told him if he wanted to be welcome in this house he would change and threatened to kick him out. After he committed suicide my brother tried to talk to my SIL about it because they hadn't spoken about him killing himself and she said there's nothing to talk about. He was either going to be dead in sin on dead under the ground so regardless they had a dead son. So my brother didn't get to grieve then she went and poured his ashes into a lake without asking my brother first.

At first my brother seemed like he just needed a break from her because she was trying to erase every part of the son they had together. Now he is planning to file for divorce because yesterday he had a breakdown and I had to hold him because he was trying to cut himself and was yelling "My baby boy is dead!" Over and over and that he's sorry. I had to take the scissors away. He is finally realizing what we mean by his wife is a cruel woman. But he realized too late and after he had participated in mistreatment towards their child. He regrets it but I mean he can't bring my nephew back.

My SIL has been blowing up all our phones asking where he is. I am thinking about blocking her but I'm worried that would send a message that he is here.
