I had a lighter than normal period

Last week I had a 4 day period that showed up when it was expected instead I had no cramping or anything like normal .. this week I threw up three days in a row and thought it was weird . I decided to test this morning and this was my result

Has anyone ever had their period and then a week later test positive?

Update** currently 3 days late for my expected period that was due this month but I’m kinda tired of getting mixed results so I’m gonna wait it out a few days
