can someone tell me what these rashes on my ankles are?

i dont know what they are and my ankle does kind hurt or burn i dont know but that pain is common for me because i believe i have arthritis since it runs in the family, my dad had it bad & my sister got it when she was like 18 or 19. & i’m 21 almost 22 and i weigh around 210-215, dont know exactly, and am 5’1’’ if that matters. but so, like are the rashes from maybe arthritis(i’m not diagnosed btw, so thats why i’m asking), or could it be diabetes ? that also is hereditary in the family, also not diagnosed myself. or could it be ring worm? or could it just be flat callus- since i do WFM and i’m always sitting in a chair :( and i usually alternate between sitting normally, to sitting criss crossed, and then one leg crossed underneath me, and alternate between the two. i know it isn’t the greatest that i’m always sitting all week, but i have no car atm so working from home is all i can do atm. so can anyone help me with easing my mind about what these marks/rashes are on my ankle bone? also i’m sorry for my leg hair😔😔😔😔😔😔pls ignore that, i have sensitive skin so i don’t shave often. anyways tmi, for leg hair & feet/ankles, further down.
