Hiking is my go to in order hit daily goals when I don’t want to gym
I posted a few tears back when I used to hike with my L.O. and we’ve still been hiking. Now she’s 5 years old and able to do even longer hikes with me. It’s perfect for me to sneak a workout in and have mommy and me time. Here’s a few shots on her first time doing a waterfall hike with me. We did 350 calories and 7,900 steps.
(For reference, I’m 5’7” 235lbs and looking to lose at least 40lbs. I had preeclampsia with her and want to be off my blood pressure meds for GOOD and drop the COVID weight I picked up. My heaviest was 275lbs in 2021)
